Full Scope of work
- Demolition of existing defective slabs
- Install new subbase to levels
- Install new reinforced concrete slabs to warehouse
- New stormwater drainage to the external hardstand area installed and linked into the existing “humeceptor”, including new flood gates where the stormwater system enters the creek
- New underground sewage pump station installed to accommodate sewage from tenancy E, connected into existing sewer
- New external hardstand
- Office refurbishment including new glazed shopfronts, partition walls, kitchenette, ceilings and blinds
